Our squads had some fun doing TikTok style videos, including the coaches but also we used video for more serious content - with our squad captains talking about the role of the captain and its importance.
It was certainly a challenging season with the ins and outs of lockdown from the Covid Pandemic. But that didn't dampen the enthusiasm of the Spires family, with a virtual presentation evening, opportunities for our young coaches to deliver virtual weekly training sessions and gain a level 1 coaching qualification too! Big thanks to Ellie Glasgow, Jasmine Antunovic-Fry, Nadia Cavanagh and Charlotte Duncan for delivering those sessions and even bigger congrats on earning your level 1 coaching qualifications.

When the Covid situation improved some matches were played,
our U16/15/14 County squads who play in the Hampshire League ended up in 3rd place, 3rd place and 4th place respectively. Our Adult squad won the Salisbury League, taking us through to regional play offs but unfortunately no further at this stage, but giving us something to aim for next year.

Our committee have been so supportive throughout and without the team approach we would be struggling to keep all the balls in the air!!
Looking forward.....
The road to regional for our Adult Squad
Men’s training and squad??

However, for now let's enjoy just being back on court, training, playing and having fun together.
